Vehicle theft has been the main crime of the district Bhakkar.Department of Police District Bhakkar has established and made functional SWAS (smart verification alert system) to stop and apprehend the crminals involved in Vehicle theft activities.Special teams like Crime Cell , Muhafiz Squad have been deployed to arrest the criminals of Vehicle theft specially motor bike and cars. These teams are working to detect and impound the stolen/ tampered vehicles in District BHAKKAR. In recent search operations, these teams have detected and recovered various stolen vehicles.
